"The staff were very good. Plastic parts were falling off the door and the soap dispensary. There’s was no way to contact the front desk from the room. The location was very good for the price you pay. Considering what I paid I would say it’s a solid 4 star experience. Thank u very much. "

"Beautiful hotel that is conveniently connected to Central Park Mall. The room was spacious and clean, with great views over Lumpini park and the city.
We really loved the pool and it never felt overly crowded.
The only let down was check-in which was a bit disorganised and slow.
Will come back again."
