Great hotel in an ideal location inside the city wall. Friendly staff who are available 24 hours. Tasty breakfast provided with complimentary drinking water, tea and coffee provided in reception all hours. This was a massive bonus knowing we could go back to drinking water. Nice pool outside with a few sunbeds. Would stay here again.

The property is small and boutique like (just 14 rooms), very nice and top quality. The staff are what makes the property so nice. Yumi, the manageress could not do enough for us, but also all the other staff too were so nice and welcoming. Breakfast almost seemed like having your own personal chef. A wonderful couple of days in this beautifully designed hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. Fantastic refreshing pool after sightseeing. Close to everything but so peaceful. If you stay must have dinner at the stunning Faces restaurant. Have a few drinks at the chilled out, cool Chai bar beforehand , both a 2 minute walk from the hotel . We'll be back!

I loved the whole atmoshere of it: staff helped always, were at hand but never too much; traditional interior with many artwork around selected perfectly in balance - not too much but enough to grab your attention. location is perfect too: a walking market is just around the corner on sundays, near great places to eat, easy to access. I would go there anytime and would recommend to anyone.

This is an excellent hotel and also looks the part! The staff are pleasant and the rooms are big and spacious and beautifully fitted out. The breakfast is somewhat limited but as there are only 19 rooms you cannot expect a massive selection. It is located near the Night Bizzar so easy to walk in and out of town. So, many thanks to Joe and his Team for a most enjoyable stay. Give it a go...you will not be disappointed.

The best hotel I’ve stayed in for this price! All of the staff were friendly, respectful and attentive. They always go the extra mile, even when we didn’t ask for help they’ve thought of what we might need for our day excursion and offered us bottled water, insect repellent and face masks. This is a really amazing hotel in a good quiet location yet only 15 minute to night market and old town. Can’t speak highly enough of the staff and the place is immaculate. If you go to Chiang Mai stay there!!

I was welcomed by a couple who runs the place. They helped carrying the heavy suitcase upstairs. The room was already cool and nice when I arrived at night.

I stayed at this lovely hotel for 7 nights towards the beginning of December. The staff welcomed me with a glass of juice on arrival and, as I arrived too early, they allowed me to leave my luggage there until the room was vacated and ready. The location is excellent with easy access to most places of interest. And, just about next door, there's a wonderful massage place called Da Massage where a lady called Dlen will make you feel like you are walking on clouds. My room was spotless and...
