"The resort is located across the beach and has all the amenities one can think of. The staff are friendly barring one or two buggy drivers who are burnt out driving around. Tony from Cafe Studio was brilliant!! They seem under staffed with the breakfast volume and one chef apparently so food takes a while at times to get to the table. Anan at reception was very courteous and I wish I took all the other names but they were all brilliant! The security staff manning the residences were very helpful and the pool staff too. I cannot fault the service in any way. Clearly the HR and training department is doing a good job with getting the right staff. The only glitch is that the hotel is not wheelchair friendly. Many steps to climb and we had to carry the wheelchair up. If your audience is not the disabled, then you have to mention it on booking platforms. My shoulders are in pain carrying the wheelchair up and down steps."

"Very convenient, it has a entry connect to the Terminal 21 shopping plaza. I like this plaza because it has lots of Thai individual stores selling different stuffs not like the other mall's stores only anchored with big international brand. The food court located on the top of the plaza is the cheapest in town and lots of choices. Many of the food selling 40 baht....US$1.25\. You can try lots of varieties. It is close to BTS and subway. Staff are very nice and rooms are very good."
