They cater to everyone’s needs, including lower-temperature baths for those with high blood pressure, and both indoor and outdoor options. I was particularly impressed by the impeccable cleanliness—I didn’t see a single stray hair on the floor as staff were constantly cleaning. They also provide high-quality, complimentary toiletries and skincare products that were so good I ended up buying some at the hotel shop. Room & Comfort: I stayed in a Western-style room which was spotless and well-organized. The view of the snow-capped mountains from the window was breathtaking. It was a very restful stay, and I loved the convenience of being able to walk around the hotel comfortably in the provided yukata. However, do note that they have a strict policy regarding tattoos, so you won’t be able to enter if you have any. Overall, everything was decent. The only downsides are that the building feels a bit dated, and the wait times for the elevators can be quite long.
