But all are eager to please, and it’s a pleasure to experience the politeness and customer care of their culture. Their dinners are very authentic and delicious. Highly recommended Free shuttle bus takes you from sapporo station in an hour to your huge room. Perhaps 500 square feet. Marvelous kaiseki dinners. We had the shiori kaiseki the first night and the seafood kaiseki with A5 wagyu beef the second night. Superb. However it is served in the resturant. Not in your room or in a private room. Buffet breakfasts are very good. Therefore correctly priced as such. Nice onsens. Only other drawback is not their fault- not much to do in Jozankei without a car which we did not have.
