Chegamos umas 15h numa neve e frio intenso e só nos deixaram entrar no quarto exatamente às 16h. O prédio é meio esquecido e os hóspedes fazem o que querem. É muito barulho e algazarra. Numa noite tivemos que descer para falar com o atendente do tablet e reclamar. Não há limpeza, recolhimento do lixo e nem troca de roupa de cama e banho, independente do tempo da hospedagem. O hotel é longe dos centros de entretenimento e compras, cerca de 30 min andando na neve. O quarto era confortável e grande e as camas também.
