The best part was the location of the hotel for it to be connected directly to the train station. 荷物の預かりが簡易的で不安でした。施設はきれいでエスコンに行く前に、試合後にテンションが上がるディスプレイが沢山ありました。 残念なのは朝食に行きたかったのですが人数制限があるとのことで行けませんでした。ホテル周辺には朝食の時間に対応できる店舗もなく困りました。

チェックイン・チェックアウトが簡単で、交通系ICカードをルームキーに設定できるの良いですね。部屋の入口の照明の消し方が分からなくて、AIに聞いてもわからず、電話もできず、施設関係のQRコード読んでも載っておらず残念でした。風呂場の扉を開けて灯りを遮って寝ました。チェックアウト後の手荷物預けは無駄な手間がなく良かったです。駅前の立地も申し分ないです。

新しいホテルで、部屋では気持ちよく過ごせました。チェックインもオンラインで、受付番号4ケタが必要とのこと。メールで届いているハズと言われても、毎日届くメールの数も多いので見過ごしていて、探すのが面倒でした。朝は、男性スタッフがパソコンの前に座ったままで、客のチェックアウトは自分の仕事と思っていない様子。あいさつもこちらから、そして「ありがとうございました」もない。あの人、ホテルのスタッフじゃないの？ホスピタリティのかけらも感じられない対応でした。
