This property is amazing especially having your own onsen in the room. Meals were very traditional, our fanciest meals of our trip to hokkaido. Location very quiet and serene.

Great layout, beautiful views from our room which is with private bath. We purely enjoyed everything there. Shuttle bus is easy to book. We had half board booked for one night stay, food were absolutely delicious, i would recommend to friends and family.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were top notch! So courteous and helpful. The food was amazing. The best part was having a spacious room with a private hot tub. The view from my room was fantastic. We felt so relaxed and cared for.

If I could put a 6 star rating in my overall experience I would. The hotel is amazing. Staff really takes the crown when it comes to service and kindness. Amenities were great, we loved the public onsen experience and some relaxing time at spa. A must if you come to Sapporo.

Will come back again. Getting to the hotel: Hotel has a carpark for those renting cars but there is a shuttle bus service provided by the hotel from Sapporo JR Station. Room for 2 Pax was clean, spacious, serene. Service was great, Breakfast and Dinner was especially enjoyable with the view from the lounge.

Our room was beautiful, especially the private hot spring. The entire place was very relaxing. Our first night dinner, which included the beef, was excellent. Second night was a different menu including pork and was lackluster. That was our only complaint.

Room was very clean. Bath in room was excellent. Dinner and breakfast was wonderful. Really enjoyed our stay there again. Beverage machines on the floor did not have much which was disappointing. Free shuttle bus was a plus too.

The neighbourhood around Jozankei was absolutely beautiful. A true winter wonderland! The staff was super nice even with the language barrier, I could feel their sincerity and warmth.

The room was big with a grand view window which was just fantastic. The in-room private onsen was so wonderful ! The public open air onsen was also very nice. Traffic between Sapporo and the hotel was convenient with the free shuttle service provided. I will come again.
