Granted I speak some Japanese and understand a good deal more (I lived here for 3 years but it was 7 years ago so my speaking is very rusty). But I was sort of a problem guest ,(I spilled a latte on my bed when packing, for example). But mainly they were VERY helpful when my Taq-u-bin didn't arrive. It was at the other Quintessenta a few blocks away. They helped track it down and then went to the other hotel to get it for me. The rooms are also a little bigger than an APA which is nice. Also the spa is lovely and the bath salts are a lot of fun. One thing to know: you may find people don't know this hotel exists and they drive you to or deliver luggage to the other one which is a short walk away. Facilities are clean & new. Breakfast was good enough. Very conveniently located near Susukino station. The room size was not enough for a couple traveller but it was what I paid for. Most importantly, the spa & sauna facilities were fantastic delight enabling to rest my tired body after everyday's tour. Many people, including myself, use it instead of the tiny bathroom. The hotel room space is small, though it is the expected small Japanese hotel rooms at this level. We had to be creative to find space for our 5 luggages. Breakfast is nice if included; however, I wouldn't pay extra 2000 yen for it. Laundry was nice.
