The hotel is old fashioned and needs some renovation. We booked a traditional Japanese room with futon beds and the beds were prepared by the hotel staffs. The room feels a bit old but very comfy and clean. Both buffet dinner and breakfast were included and not to mention the great onsen. The view from the outdoor onsen on level B2 after snow completely fullfilled your expectations. Bed is comfortable, the hot spring is nice, the slide is very family friendly except overall the slide and rooms are a bit dated. The slide needs to be repaint as some of the paint are scrapping off. Staffs are very nice. The Yukata is cute! Very kids friendly. The buffet food are all deep fried. They have a tendency to put foreigner at one spot and it is very far away from the buffet table. Also the dinner buffet does not include drinks. Only provided water, tea, and coffee for free.
