The place was pretty full, as well. One word of caution - the elevators close unusually quickly and don’t stop instantly if you happen to be in the way. The beds could have been a little better, but other than that, my mother, my daughter and I had a nice stay. We couldn't find a place near the New Chitose Airport, but if you have a car, this hotel was convenient access to the airport. All the staff were super nice. For half the price I can't really complain but for the price we paid the hotel was not worth it. Very easy to hear othe people in their rooms, breakfast was ok, but nothing special, rooms are old and show it. The hotel was also very close to a Don Quijote, Lawson, and Seicomart. The only room option available at the time was a smoking room, and while it was clean, the room itself seemed old and like it needed some updating. The view from my room was nice though, and there wasn't a lingering odor of smoke. The general area is quite different to what I was expecting, being quite industrial, but it still felt safe and quiet at night.
