"I am a senior travelling solo and the staff were most helpful getting my luggage to / from my room. The breakfast was a nice surprise not the usual continental as at most hotels, but a hot English breakfast instead . Being waited on was a real treat. I would definitely stay there again."

"Very clean. Very busy - queues for breakfast. I had a little issue with the plumbing in my room, which I think housekeeping should be encouraged to report before customers need to report it. Reasonable value for money for this location. Ideal place for going to a show."

"Wonderful location with just a couple minute walk to Russell Square Station (Picadilly Line). The room was clean and a decent size for London. Breakfast buffet was delicious and good value. Just be careful with the shower flooding because the water pressure was too much to handle all at once for the drain. There is luggage storage which is great but was annoyed that I had to take out and toss my sealed water bottle I just bought out of my backpack pocket in order to store."

The bed and linens were clean but overall the room didn't feel clean, the power went out (understandably not their fault but still sucked) and we had to pack up to checkout in the dark. Overall the room did not feel worth 400$ a night and we would try somewhere else next time. "
