"Wow this hostel was truly an all-inclusive experience. We got a private room and it was HUGE! Our room was clean and everything was up to par. The hotel is in an exceptionally walkable area. There’s a streetcar and bus that you can catch right from the Florence train to the hotel which was very convenient. The pool area was a fantastic amenity and relaxing escape from the bustling city. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about this property. Only slight issue is the long check in line but it goes by fast. "

The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of the city, with all major attractions within a comfortable 5–10 minute walk. Overall, our experience was seamless and exceeded expectations.
