I would like to especially recognize Michel Cannarozzo, the Front Office Manager, whose professionalism and kindness elevated the entire experience. From the moment of arrival, Michel made me feel not only welcomed but truly cared for. His attentiveness, thoughtful recommendations, and effortless ability to anticipate a guest’s needs reflect the very best of Italian hospitality. Though my stay was brief, it was memorable in every way. After being seated, waited at least 10-15mins before anyone came to offer a menu. Coffee was terrible, breakfast marginal at best.
