From the moment of arrival, Michel made me feel not only welcomed but truly cared for. His attentiveness, thoughtful recommendations, and effortless ability to anticipate a guest’s needs reflect the very best of Italian hospitality. Though my stay was brief, it was memorable in every way. On the morning of our departure, while breakfast started at 7:30am and we came down after 8am, it appeared that no one was even ready to start their work day until well after. After being seated, waited at least 10-15mins before anyone came to offer a menu. Coffee was terrible, breakfast marginal at best.
