"An elegant hotel, quite grand and very nicely decorated to fit the period of the building.
Staff were very helpful. Good location, few bars and places to eat nearby. About 15 minutes walk to the busier parts of the city. Loved the library on the to floor and balcony. Honesty bar a nice touch. Room and bathroom very spacious. "

"The staff were wonderful! The check in process was efficient and they were great about storing luggage before and after our stay. They arranged for a taxi for an early morning ride to the airport plus packed us a boxed lunch!
We stayed in two rooms. The room across the street was really delightful and spacious. The room attached to the main building, the "garden" room was fine except that the bathroom tiles were a bit moldy.
Overall, a very pleasant stay."
