The good: Modern tech in the room, comfortable bed and pillows, eco friendly from what i could see, relatively inexpensive, staff are very friendly and easy to contact (as in, easily accessible via various methods, although I didn't feel the need to contact them outside of checking in and out), relatively convenient location, WiFi is very good! Very helpful & friendly reception staff. Our room was very clean and the bed comfortable. We felt safe wandering around the area. The cafe food at the hotel was nice. A lady offered free massage in the cafe, the massage was wonderful, thank you! Our room (304) was above the Main Street and was particularly noisy during the night, even with ear plugs in! Perhaps a room at the back would be quieter.

The staff were incredibly polite and friendly. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were good with really comfy beds. The downside was the water was not very hot in my shower however My friend was in a different room said hers was fime. Overall a good place to stay
