"Property is absolutely stunning- the staff are so helpful and welcoming. The location is centrally located in the Medina. They provided a map of the madina- which was helpful. The breakfast was served every morning from 8-10am. On the day we left - the Ryad even packed a breakfast for us to go. They went above and beyond"

"very small rooms, uncomfortable, very loud, breakfast is minimum"

"The hotel staff make all the difference in the world when it comes to one’s impression of a hotel. The hotel was just average: clean, comfortable bed, lots of parking available. I had a long 9 hour drive after I checked out and he even looked at my route to make sure I was ok. I can’t say the same about the alternate concierge though...

"Great hotel great experience The street side of the hotel is quite loud till 5 am in the morning"
