The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the location couldn’t be better. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. Every single person—from the doorman to the restaurant team—was genuinely friendly and welcoming. They greet you with a smile every time, and it creates such a positive atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and I want to highlight Reda, one of the waiters. He was incredibly professional, warm, and clearly passionate about what he does. His service elevated the whole experience. Another moment that really touched me was seeing Reda help an elderly man with a disability stand up from his seat. He did it with such care, patience, and respect, making sure the gentleman was steady before letting go. It was a small gesture, but it spoke volumes about the heart and culture of this hotel. Overall, I’m just happy I stayed here and witnessed this level of kindness and professionalism." I had a problem charging my phone and the following people actually lent me their own chargers for an hour or two: one time in the evening and one time in the morning. Thanks to Mohammed (and Yasmine) and Abderrahmane! Thanks again to the terrific front desk staff! You help me a lot with the lending of the phone charger and you and me feel welcomed at the hotel. The only issues that I did not know about is that there was no heating in the room, only cooling. And I missed the information about the airport shuttle location -- but I finally found it and it was a terrific easy service to get to the hotel from the airport. Overall, it was a great place to stay.
