"Good location short walk into city, quiet, great choice for breakfast. We stayed three nights on the third night we questioned why the room has not been cleaned and no tea and coffee replaced. we were told we have to ask the night before if we want the room cleaned, we said we should have been told this at check in. The lady asked what am i after compensation !! poor customer relations"

"We had a beautiful room with a balcony and view down the harbour. It was so relaxing to return to after a busy day sightseeing. The hotel is in a perfect location, with good transport links and shopping nearby. The walk down the harbour to Nyhavn was lovely, and everything was so clean and beautiful. "Super convenient location - literally 5 mins walk from the main railway station In Copenhagen. Lots of convenience stores and restaurants close by. 10 mins walk to the Meat Packing District which has a great vibe and lots of food and drink options. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. The only downsides of the hotel were that the bed was a little too soft, there was no fridge in the room and the shower/bathroom was pretty tight for space. "Stayed just one night but very convenient. Across from the Østerport train and metro station. Rooms clean and tidy. Trains noise not too bad, looks like thick glass and ear plugs provided on the night stands but didn’t need them."
