This hotel have laundry room, it’s a surprise for me, I traveled about 20 days for many countries, no hotel have laundry room, at the hotel, room too smal abut the laundry room recovered everything. Just for me, because I need wash my clothes so badly! Over all food!

Good location and wifi. The rooms do not come with hairdryers, you would need to pay 100 DDK to buy a hairdryer. They only clean the rooms when you tell them the night before at 10pm. We arrived past midnight the night before and left early in the morning, so was not made aware. Also, we were often out early in the morning and arrived past 10pm. They were incredibly inflexible despite requesting politely. They charge to store luggage as well, whilst most hotels usually offer for free. Rooms were small, but understandable for the budget. Overall, the lack of consideration and flexibility over cleaning rooms made it a very negative experience.

There are many CABINN properties in the Copenhagen area so be very diligent in your choice. This property is in a very convenient area after all, however not the intended location ( my fault) so the photos were not clear regarding the reality . This is a very basic room, thin walls, thin rugs, no frills room with a wet room shower and toilet all in one flimsy walled bathroom with barely enough hooks and thin towels. Decent room for sleeping and getting out for the day to a wonderful city with excellent transportation! The cleaning lady found it difficult to understand why I wanted an extra trash bag in order to get rid of the trash that was piling up, that was a little weird.

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel last week. The room was small for a twin room but as it was just me, it was just fine. There was plenty of storage space for two and the beds were comfortable. Outside the hotel was super quiet, however I was slightly unlucky because someone in my corridor decided to play music on via their phone speakerphone at 5am whilst walking down the corridor. The doors have to slam to close, which was also a disturbance trying to sleep in a bit in the morning. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. The bathroom, however could be improved: the shower/ shampoo is in sachets and there were 2 sachets for the whole of my stay. That would not have worked had i washed my hair. Also, there were some suspicious brown stains on the shower curtain in a location where it's not impossible that it would have fallen inside the toilet, had the lid been left open and the toilet itself unflushed. Other than that, no complaint, the hotel was easy to find from the main train station, super close to the local suburban train stop, near a coach station and a big Ikea and couple more shops. I mainly walked into town from there, which was quick and easy. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay there again as the "issues" were either not the hotel's fault or easy to fix. and the price was a bargain on this occasion.
