A very pleasant stay at the Runnymede Hotel, staff were very helpful and polite and professional. The grounds in which the hotel is situated is immaculate and well keep. Such an enjoyable relaxing environment, me and my partner stayed for one night as it was my birthday and it was thoroughly enjoyable.

Amazing service and a beautiful Upgrade!

This is a unique and characteristic hotel with lots of history and amazing architecture. The scenery, gardens and the estate overall are simply gorgeous. The spa and the outdoor pool area is also very nice especially in good weather (it may be difficult to find a lounger when it is sunny though). The room I stayed in was nicely decorated with wood panellings and period furnitures; bed was very comfortable as well. I live 20 minutes away from Richmond but decided to have a short escape with the family because Richmond is such as nice place to visit. Good vibe, family friendly, lots of parks, good atmosphere at night especially friday saturday. The hotel is very nice, i travel alot abroad and wish i could get a similar quality for hotels that are usually more expensive and smaller with fewer facilities. Good staff, helpful friendly and clean bedrooms. Highly recommend

The reception, breakfast and cleaning staff all did a good job. The aircon in the hotel was very effective which was great when it was so hot outside. Plenty of parking, very convenient for access to attractions in the area, close to the river. Very enjoyable visit.

Stayed in the junior suite, very clean, extremely spacious. Very large and comfortable king size bed. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Great location, decent hotel and price. You can’t go wrong with it. Battersea power station is right next to the hotel and a car park right to the left. Would definitely recommend.

Staying for Ascot - We arrived at this hotel on Monday lunch time and it was 32 degrees! Staff were waiting outside to give every one ice cold water and take our bags inside. Check in was smooth, we had room 126, with air conditioning and was very classy, the whole hotel had the WOW factor. The grounds were large and even though the hotel was full, no one was where anyone else want to be, it was very spacious was nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff. We stayed for two nights. Great location and transport links. Only downside would be nice bars/restaurants nearby but if you’re prepared to travel, then excellent.,

We had a wonderful weekend, the sun was shining so the outdoor pool was a must. We opted for Collette's restaurant in the evening, the food was divine and attention and service first class. The grounds are amazing with lovely water features, plants and contemporary design ornaments. A great weekend in fab hotel.

Clean modern and comfortable room. Cleaning staff presented high level of maintence insuring neatness and cleaness. Loved the selection of teas and even biscuits great to have after a long journey. This place is incredible. Spotlessly clean and had everything we could've needed. So easy to walk around the area for exploring and even at night it was quiet and felt safe. Would definitely stay here again

We booked this stay last minute as our original booking was unavailable at our check in time. This stay would’ve been out of budget usually but Vrbo are covering the difference from our original booking. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a great size with bath and shower. Complimentary bottled water and tea and coffee available with a kettle.

Overnight stay as we were visiting Windsor Castle the next day. Great rooms although there is currently some renovation work going on - in fairness work finished quite early and didn't start again until gone 8am. Staff were attentive and food was good - would stay again.
