Light and comfortable home with through lounge and dining. Sleeps 5 - 2 double bedrooms, 1 with double bed, 1 with twin beds and 1 single. Bathroom with large walk - in shower and toilet on first floor. 2nd toilet and sink on ground floor. Kitchen with dishwasher. Utility room and conservatory. West facing courtyard garden.
200 metres to Deal seafront and situated at the north end of
Deal's award winning High Street with it's many independent shops, coffee bars and restaurants. There are 2 Tudor castles in Deal and Walmer. Dover castle, the Port of Dover and the historic Cinque Port of Sandwich are 15 minutes away by car. Sea fishing is popular and 6 golf courses are within 30 minutes drive. Cathedral City of Canterbury, Broadstairs, Margate and Ramsgate are all approx. 40 minutes drive. As are Howletts and Port Lympne Zoos and Wingham Wildlife Park.

Excellent holiday house
Located in a superb position on the High Street with space to park two cars (one front and one back). Great shower, plenty of space and a sweet small back garden. Fridge, freezer, dish-washing machine (Bosch), TV & DVD player with movies supplied, books and magazines and clean linen and laundry every weekend. Nothing missing.

A real gem in the heart of Deal.
Really enjoyed our two week stay here. John was very welcoming and informative on our arrival. The house is clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It is in a great location for the town and seafront. Highly recommended by us.

Excellent town centre house
The property has the marvellous advantage of parking - not to be sniffed at in Deal. Within a short distance are all the town's shops, and little museums, with seafront and pier less than 5 minutes away. The house is extremely well maintained with the best kitchen equipment of any holiday home we've ever rented. We recommend it.
