The property has been elegantly decorated and furnished providing a luxury feel throughout, perfect for you relax and unwind in whilst enjoying your holiday. Sleeping up to 8 guests this well equipped property is perfect for family gatherings as well as friends looking for a break to Dartmouth. Size: Sleeps up to 8, 4 bedrooms Beds:  1x King (5'), 2x Double (4'6"), 2x Single (3')  Rooms: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 WC, kitchen/dining room, living room Utilities: Gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave Entertainment: TV with DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, TV in Master bedroom, TV in both of the Double Bedrooms For Families:  Travel cot, Highchair and Stair Gates provided.  Guests to bring their own linen for the travel cot.   Parking permit provided. General: WiFi Provided. Central Heating and Electricity included in rent. Bed linen and towels provided ( Please bring your own beach towels).  No Smoking. Mobile Phone Signal is Strong. Please be aware the property is opposite St Saviours Church in the centre of Dartmouth Town therefore, we will be able to hear the church bells. Pets:  Maximum of 1 Pet Accepted Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property.  Accidental Damage Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £350, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay. Lovely location but a little tired
This cottage is in a lovely location in Dartmouth and has quite a lot of space. However, the furnishings are a little tired and there was no communication from the manager about key things like what to do with rubbish, which meant that we had to clean up after seagulls looting through rubbish on a daily basis. Comfortable beds and sofa, though one end of the sofa is very noisy! Also no heating and it was not warm in later June/early July.
