"The 2 elevators for floors 18 to 40 were insanely slow. Beyond slow. Be prepared to wait a long time. Of the 2 microwaves in the basement only one worked and it’s a slow cheap piece of garbage. Laundy and ice are located in the same place. When I was heating food there were 2 rowdy English speaking males around age 20 and I felt acutely unsafe. The skypool is only open July and August yet it seemed roofed…a disappointment. Finally, I had late up noisy neighbours."

"The "pool" is two separate rooms, one for men one for women. No clothing. The "pools" are heated hotter than an american hot tub. Booked the room with our kids thinking it would be nice to use the pool after sight seeing. Not the case. Great breakfast buffet. Book with this added as there are no other options nearby."

"Overall, great hotel. Limo stops right at hotel for easy transportation from the airport. Breakfast was decent. Beds were firm, pillows were okay. Room was dated and a bit tight for 4 people, but it was manageable. I wished they had a laundry room. Otherwise, a solid hotel. "

"We enjoyed our stay an this hotel. The location is very convenient for most sort of activities. Room and amenities were clean and nice. Room HVAC was very quiet and comfortable. Very importantly, the staff were very responsible, knowledgeable and caring. We didn't enjoy the size of the room - a twin size bed is really not suitable for a couple. The blanket was a layer over a sheet (nothing unusual) but the material was extremely slippery - causing the blanker to slide down the floor each time your move. Bathroom was very much out dated as well."
