Love Yokohama. Hotel rooms have nice balconies to take in the view after dark. Close to cruise ships.

Hotel staff were very attentive and professional. Walking distance to Chinatown and Motomachi.

Access to the hotel by taxi was easy. Check-in was efficient. The harbor view from my 64th floor room was awesome. There is an amazing number of shops & restaurants in the vicinity of this hotel, in addition to an amusement park. Bus service from the hotel directly to Narita airport is very convenient.

My stay was good And affordable. The hotel is very clean but they need to renovate their rooms it's just a little out dated. Very spacious compare to the hotels in Tokyo. It is close to a train station about four stops to Yokohama which is one of the major lines to get anywhere you like. The staff were fast and can understand few English which is great when needing information. The breakfast is expensive but the hotel gave us 20% coupons to use I still have some left over. There is a convenience store across the street about 1min walk or less. They also have Starbucks before you hit the train station. I think I loved the area more than I love the hotel, we were gone most of the days and only went back to the hotel to sleep.

Shin Prince Yokohama Hotel was nice. Accommodations were good. Clean! Staff was efficient. Close to Shin Yokohama Station, lots of restaurants, shops. We found our way around quite easy .

The room was very nice, great view, very clean, and excellent service. We will stay there again on our next trip.

If you're staying in Yokohama, this is a great hotel. The subway is right in front of the hotel (Isezakicho stop), and there's a convenience store on the bottom floor of the hotel which is awesome for any snack, coffee, etc you might need. The room was very clean, good staff, fantastic location, and very safe. I didn't have the breakfast, but it seemed extensive.

This hotel is one block from the main station, staff are extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast is a choice of 3 sets, but for the price listed, you can get a better deal outside. Lots of food choices since it is near the main station.
