Overall great! Surprised that no complimentary tea/coffee, and expensive to use the pool. Slightly disappointed as planned for that but otherwise- great location, very comfortable, and Balcony is a big plus. Other hotels in the area are similarly clean and nice, though.

Great location, mainly for business, so rooms (at least mine) weren't too big, but big enough. Water in the shower was great. It had one of those "water jet" toilets or whatever they're called. I always thought I wouldn't need one, but used to water instead of paper...and it was great. Next toilet ...
Nice hotel. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Good amenities. Excellent views on the bay side. Across the road for Yamashita Park, Close to Chinatown and subway. Found the beds to be very very firm.
We booked wide twin room. The beds are about 1.2m wide, just nice for 1 adult and 1 child per bed. Room feels a little small for the 4 of us (2adults, 2 children), but still OK, since it is just a place to sleep. It has the basic amenities and is clean, cozy and comfortable.
