The variety of dining and shot options also make us want to stay here and it is not as chaotic as in Tokyo city centre or Shinjuku. We prefer this place as it is easily walkable to the shops and dining places we often go to as we know what we're getting. The staff are always friendly by and approachable. We also like the fact that when we request extra pillows they sent them right away. In other hotels, we are asked to come and get the pillow/s ourselves which is not so bad but the service at Prince Hotels are great usually. This is one of our fave hotels.
