"Plenty of car parking when we arrive around 6.30pm. Friendly reception staff who were very informative. Room very clean and plenty of amenities in the room. Breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of choice. "

"I attended for a Business Network meeting and stayed overnight at the hotel. I was in room 141, which was clean and comfortable. However, there was no natural light into the room and the lighting in the room is poor. The curtains were ill fitting and let the light in through the night from outside lighting. After the business network meeting, went into the bar area to get a drink and no members of staff were present, nor at reception. It was like a ghost town. On my way to my room bumped into 3 members of staff who let me know they were heading back to the reception/bar/restaurant area. At this point it was getting late, so had a drink, ordered a pizza to take and eat in my room."

"Knew we were onto a hiding when black cabby hadn’t heard of it and when he realised which one it was he said, blimey, don’t have many staying here, rooms were tiny. Shower went back n forth between 3rd degree burns and ice bucket challenge. Room was crazy hot, aircon did nothing. At 6am when trains start, whole room rocked as train went past, oh and it’s right in the flight path to London City Airport. The eggs benny breakfast and morning staff were excellent! I’d say cheap n cheerful but at £220 a room it wasn’t even that - sorry"

"Staff were good but definitely not worth the money for an executive suite. The shower was in need of repair, the ceiling paint flaked off midst shower and the shower was really not what was expected for an exec suite. Breakfast was okay but limited and food was okay - I had room service - pizza was greasy and the drink I had chosen was out of stock and then had to wait a further twenty minutes for the alternative. The bed was comfortable, towels fluffy but really not worth the money. "
