"Nice large room with seperate TV area (had a lodge). Was nice but could maybe do with a refresh "

"I booked here for a catch-up with a dear friend. It was nice and clean, but i booked a twin room, but they gave us a double, so that had to be sorted and the basin in the bathroom was severely cracked, so reported that also. Food was just ok, but expensive, plus the drinks also. A small glass of prosecco and a red wine was over £20 Breakfast was plentiful, but the staff on breakfast duty on 24/3 need additional training in customer services "

"No heating. Room very cold. Reataurant only open for breakfast. Had to drive for dinner. Only saw 1 member of staff who was very helpful"

"Door wouldn’t close and a mental strip Fell off it . Bathroom door knob was broken . Bath silicone full of mold "

"Room was ok. Small double bed. No headboard, just the wall behind the bed. No hot water in peak times. No black out curtains at all. Lighting very dim in the room so impossible to put make up on anywhere other than the bathroom. "

"Spa was out of order and bathroom shower had low water pressure"
