"A very fine hotel with excellent staff. We specifically want to give shout outs to Sandra, the Graduate Manager who checked us in and made us feel most welcome, the housekeeping team who acted with pit crew like speed and precision when they changed our bedding 10 mins before the end of their shift after we forgot to request no feather pillows/duvets due to allergies, and Annie & Helen in the F&B team who were just amazing throughout our stay. Would return."

"Such a great hotel. Staff were super friendly. Gym and room were great. Meals were good too. Breakfast was a little bit chaotic but loads people turned up at once and one staff member was running round so quickly, trying to do everything, but she did appear to be on her own. So fair play to her. "

"We checked in extremely late, but there was desk staff , and the process was very quick. We were only in the hotel to sleep as we had a wedding nearby. We were in the newer building which is functional and clean. The rooms in the original building though looked amazing. Wood panelling everywhere and a real stately home vibe. Our package didn't include breakfast. Parking was plentiful. When we check out a lovely lady (I didn't get her name) gave us some amazing recommendations. I would like to say thank you to her. She recommended Dean Castle in Kilmarnock. We spent a wonderful few hours there. Thank you so much for your advice"
