I was given room 1, which seemed fine but I swapped with my friend who was given room 8 so this review us about room 8.
Not good. The reason that we swapped was because my friend has some mobility issues and room 8 was impossible for her. It's small and cramped; the bathroom is tiny and a, frankly, weird configuration; the room's door is really very difficult to get open and it's very noisy. I was hoping to have a lie-in this morning but there is currently what sounds like a large meeting of the Women's Institute going on right outside my door. No lie-in for me.
Breakfast is not included in the room rate and I would say that it isn't really worth the price.
All in all, not a great stay.
Room 1 looked better so I'll be interested in what my friend has to say about it.
