"As a family with a disabled child we had a lovely stay in Macdonald Craxton Wood Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and check in was smooth. The family room was nice and spacious, however the addition of a wheelchair accessible family room would be a bonus. The breakfast was very good with a good selection of hot and cold options.
