"The room was very clean, the shower head was leaking badly but was fixed promptly. The staff were were welcoming and attentive. We caught the train to Liverpool and the hotel was only a 20 minute walk away. Air conditioning was ok"

"Great reimagining of splendid, huge, brick dockside building from Liverpool’s illustrious past. Sumptuous suite. Staff can’t be faulted. Good value. Crazy room numbering system or was it me being dim?!"

"Hotel was Fabulous Start to finish, over all experience was great. Room was clean as well as the hotels other amenities. Would definitely be back and highly recommend "
