"The room was a generous size & the bed was comfortable. There was loads of hot water. The meal I ordered in the bar/restaurant was excellent as was the staff. The bathroom was warm. However, the central heating panel in the bedroom was not on or working so the room was very cold especially during winter. The hotel is very worn & badly needs renovations in the room. This is a pity as it could be such a draw card for the area. Please upgrade this lovely old building - I would love to come back."
