"The room was spacious liked the bathroom there was the usual banging of the doors and could hear the gym on the floor below but no noisy guests. My only complaint was that all the ev charging points were not operating which was very inconvenient "

"The staff were really good! Booked us in for breakfast when we arrived which meant that we didn’t have to pay 4 adults (if we had to book online) for 2 adults 2 children. 2 Hot tubs were available but no jacuzzi, that was drained but no bother. The spa facilities were great. Pool wasn’t the warmest to start with but if you were in and moving it’s perfectly fine. No complaints from us or the children! Plenty of people swimming when we were in. Food was tasty and service was quick and attentive. Room was clean and modern. No complaints. Thanks for a great stay!"
