Our dinner in the Bar and Grill was not a good experience, with no vegan options, poor quality food, mistakes with our order, and such a long wait for our food that we were offered a free round of drinks from the bar, I wouldn't eat there again if I lived locally! There wasn't enough floor staff on duty for a very busy Saturday evening. The breakfast was fine though. Overall an ok stay, but Village Hotels would not be on my list of hotels to visit again"
