"The cottage is very cosy with everything you need. It's close to all amenities and the train station but quiet and private. Communication with the host Claire was excellent and clear and she was very attentive to make sure I had everything I needed. I had a really relaxing stay here recharging my batteries after Xmas!"

The only issued was the lack of comfortable seating when the sofa bed was left as a bed. Jen the dog was an absolute delight. Road from property seems to be a single track speedway with car users reluctant to slow down for dog walkers. We loved our stay and found it a perfect base for Brands Hatch."

"This is a lovely property in a beautiful and peaceful area, with plenty of space for our kids to play. It is a good base for a number of activities around the south coast, we visited Knockhatch Adventure Park, Worthing Beach and the Clip N Climb at Tonbridge with relative ease though you do need a vehicle to get to most places. "Directions to property were easy to follow. Eugene made himself known to.us ensuring we had everything we required. House was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean.
