We stayed three nights on the third night we questioned why the room has not been cleaned and no tea and coffee replaced. we were told we have to ask the night before if we want the room cleaned, we said we should have been told this at check in. "We had a lovely stay at Comwell Copenhagen. It is a modern hotel, close to the metro station. It is a very quiet area but a short walk to a few restaurants and obviously easy to get around on the metro. The room was nice a comfortable and the room cleaning policy was very good (only clean when you want it cleaned via QR code). Everything was clean and the staff were very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend for a stay."
