"Beautiful place, nice staff. We loved the large pool, hot tub, and sauna. Very decent hot break-fast in the morning and our room was large and comfortable. Only thing that would have been nice is to have a bar fridge in our room. The intended space was there for it, but it wasn’t there. "

"It was a very pleasant place to stay on the way back from Scotland to the Midlands. The 'cosy' room was bigger than expected and of course very clean, the staff were friendly and efficient, the breakfast was excellent. Thank you."

"This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and it was as enjoyable as the first stay. Staff very friendly, happy to accomodate any request, within reason. Very quite despite being very busy, great views of the lake and great location. Windermere Lake Cruises almost on the door step for getting out and about . Plenty of choice for breakfast and very good."
