"A free drink instead of room service is an excellent idea. Guests really don’t need room service every day if staying multiple nights and, if so minded, can fold the ends of their toilet paper into little triangles themselves! "

"Lovely warm rooms, on a particularly cold weekend, spotlessly clean and including very useful kitchen, sofa, table and chairs. My only area for improvement would be better communicating that these rooms are essentially self-catering. A small amount of tea, coffee and milk is provided as a welcome when you arrive, but you really need to bring your own if you are staying for more than one night. We came in unequipped for self-catering, but there was a small shop for essentials and a bar/restaurant for lunch and dinner on-site. Staff were also extremely helpful in directing us to a nearby truckers’ café that did really good breakfasts. I would definitely stay here again."
