The hotel lobby, dining room and rooms are very nicely decorated. It was a great place to spend a few days and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We truly loved our stay.

Refurbishment underway but our room was very average we’ve stayed many times and our accommodation was much nicer
Great, modern hotel inside a historic building. I would definitely stay there again the next time I'm in Circencester (which the locals pronounce as "Zy-ren-sester").
The Suite was super charming! One of the most unique hotel rooms we’ve ever stayed in and I would highly recommend it! Our family of four greatly enjoyed our stay.
The hotel was right in the centre of town and our room overlooked the Market Square and the church. Extremely comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Short stay parking was very close but it was a five minute walk to long stay parking. Building works going on on the front of the hotel at the time but that did not disturb us in any way
The room was excellent. The service at breakfast in the morning was terrible though. Had to wait nearly 30 minutes for my tea and for my order to be taken
Comfortable stay and exceptional food. Stayed in junior suite and was nothing less than expected. Spacious room and relaxing stay. The restaurant served excellent food and we followed the restaurant to sheep restaurant at stow-on the wold, as We couldn’t get enough of it. Will Definitely return.
Great staff. Beautiful lobby. We stayed in B5, very large two bedroom suite. Floors were creaky and angled in places and could definitely bump your head in many places if you’re not careful. Bathrooms were large and modern. Great location.
A great base for a weekend stay in Cirencester. The hotel is in the middle of town so a great location to explore the town & surrounding areas. The hotel is lovely & rooms well equipped & very comfortable.
Breakfast was outstanding, a great selection of options on offer, everything was delicious. Would stay again if visiting this area.
This was a last minute trip and didn’t disappoint. The hotel is right in the market square with shops and bars and historical buildings all within a short walk. Our suite was fabulous and had the biggest bed! The staff were all very friendly and attentive and nothing too much trouble. Will definitely return.
No room service so no supper or assistan e or any tea/coffee in room or info
Elderly & disabled so difficult with no room info or receptio
Water control on snower not cleàr so scalded by VERY
hot water -danger of slipping - no mat. Bed was okay..Cldnt ring rec eption - no staff?! Definitely not 4 * service!!

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Overall it’s a nice hotel with a good location.
Not all front desk staff are very accommodating.
Lobby & restaurant areas looked like they needs updating. Heard the hotel may be changing hands/owners.
