"Well worth the price, even for only one night. The level of service is great and everyone is very helpful. Very usefully located with a bridge to Heathrow terminal 5, this hotel was really easy to find and traverse. Big shout out to the restaurant across the bar, the service was great and the food was anazing"

"Noisy, noisy, noisy! Had to change rooms as the noise from the nearby elevator and doors closing was annoying! New room was worst than the old room as it was a foot away from a loud closing fire door! Bathrooms are a hazard! A huge slippery high bathtub dominates the bathroom! The best thing about this hotel is the location."
