"The rooms are small, which is normal in Japan hotels. Central air conditioning not turned on. Room was quite warm and we could only control speed of fan, not temperature. Hotel has 2 convenience stores and a few restaurants. Location is great. Walking distance to shopping, train stations, restaurants. Would stay here again!"

"High end hotel with excellent service from the employees. The room was tight but thats because we had three beds for 4 people. Great amenities as well. This was conveniently located right next to the Tokyo train station (North exit)."

"An amazing hotel. We were in the garden tower on the 27th floor and the views were amazing. The hotel has a wonderful garden which is a great bonus for a city hotel. The area round about has nice bars and cafes and the metro is very convenient. Would stay here again "

"Kinshicho station is convenient to use. You can get to Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Tokyo stations without transferring. The hotel is a block from the station. The hotel has a great breakfast buffet which is included in the price. The rooms are larger than typical Japanese hotels. Would stay again."
