The staff was incredibly patient with my friends and I. They even held our bags for us after check-out so we could explore a little longer before our flight! Also, despite being so close to subway tracks, we were able to sleep very well and couldn't hear the trains at all! I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay. Checked in with the room setup nicely. We requested for the futon beds which turned out great for our baby. The in-suite washer and dryer is a huge plus. The only down side for us is that the location is a bit of a walk to the elevator of the train station if you travel with a stroller. And I wish the towels of the hotel could be better as mine was shredding on my skin like crazy.

"There were no longer face sets in my room, but perhaps that is because the room type this trip? I ran out and got my own at the pharmacy. No problem. The service is great and everything is very clean (as it has also been in prior trips)."
