"Friendly welcome. Apartment had air-con which was good and basic cooking equipment. Could not find a kettle or a tea towel for drying pots. Slightly out from the centre of town but only a 5 min downhill walk to central plaza. Parking was harder than anticipated as free car park opposite was full due to local fiesta. We were lucky and spotted a car leaving so grabbed it quickly from the disabled spot we had temporarily taken up to unpack. Did not take up the breakfast option as made our own....

La piscina no es muy grande pero como ventaja se calienta enseguida porque esta todo el dia al sol y puedes disfrutarla hasta la noche. Todo muy cuidado y limpio. "La casa está muy limpia y es bastante grande, con dos salones, 3 habitaciones y un baño. Cerca está Chichón y la zona es tranquila. El porche no tiene sombra pero hay una terraza acristalada con mesitas dónde se está de lujo fuera. La casa está pegada a otra(en la misma parcela) y los dueños son muy majos pero intimidad, poca... Nos sentimos engañados con la barbacoa porque no hay aunque lo pone, es un infiernillo con una placa de metal. Pedimos salir unas horas después de las 11 y a última hora...

"We booked a one night stay. The room was like a sauna, no AC. I inquired and was told they had no idea when it would be fixed. The hall was cool??? No effort to move us, stated the problem was with all rooms. The entry area was cool??? We did not stay, the temperature was stuck on 31.5C°. Do not recommend this hotel, they could have notified us about the problem as we booked it several days in advance. Very unprofessional, did not offer any compensation. Never use this hotel chain again."
