"Quality for value, the place is "get what you pay for." It's located in China town, which sounds great, except you will NOT sleep!! The hotel is situated above a street market that begins setting up (screaming vendors, metal tables and stands slamming!!!) at 5am. The market is open till nearly 1am. Staff was always nice and inviting and there was a piano they allowed you to play in the bar area.
