"- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel.
- I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times.
I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. The manager refused to speak to me and would only communicate through reception staff. The hotel is dirty and had to throw clothes and suitcase away because it was ridden with bugs. Terrible, disgusting. My bites are all...

"Room was clean, beds very comfy. Hotel is basic, the corridors are a little outdated and could do with a new carpets! But overall the hotel and staff were great for the price and to lay the head down at night!"
