The Swan Hotel Wells

The Swan Hotel Wells

10/10 Excellent
"We were very happy with our huge room! There was a sitting area with couch and comfortable, along with a wonderfully comfy bed. The bathroom was spotless and appeared freshly renovated, and had a beautiful standing tub, with separate shower. We really enjoyed our breakfast. Everything was fresh and beautifully cooked, and service was above and beyond perfect. In fact, all staff we encountered were welcoming and kind."

"A lovely hotel with great amenities. The staff were really friendly and easy to deal with. It's quite a quirky layout and the outside of the hotel is not that promising, but once inside there were lots of fabulous hidden facilities such as the skittle alley in the basement and the roof terrace with an amazing view of Glastonbury Tor. The cooked breakfast was delicious."

"I have to say the staff were yet again amazing! Danielle and Callum were outstanding helping me when I turned up late and when I had to change rooms! The only thing that let the place down this time was the maintenance staff who did not fix my tv when I complained that it turned off every 10mins! Which was most frustrating"
