"We just had the room on a room only basis as the breakfast was quite expensive. The hotel is very central to the lovely city of Wells and so we had a pleasant walk around the cathedral and enjoyed a visit to a local cafe of which there are many. There was plenty of free parking which is always a bonus when you are staying so central as this was. The room was pleasant but had a four poster bed which we hadn't booked and weren't expecting which was fine for me but as my wife is quite short, she had to take a running jump to get on it as it was so high. Bed was comfortable but not the most comfortable I've ever stayed in."

"The hotel was amazing, the room that we stayed in was so clean and lovely, it was the witch’s hat room .we loved it .all the staff were amazing, so friendly , polite and helpful.we will definitely stay there again .the food was lovely and not over priced."

"The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, this farm is a fabulous escape and more ! The lodge was clean and well equipped and had the added luxury of a hot tub. We didnt try the axe throwing or the archery but we will be back so who knows"
