Pack up your bucket and spade and hit the beach at this gorgeous yet cosy cottage located just a five-minute stroll from the unspoilt sandy dunes of the exclusive West Wittering Estate. A home begging for an intimate group of family or friends to come together. When the sun shines, pad across the cool, polished concrete floor and open the crittal patio doors right back to let the sunshine in.. or stroll around the quaint village and shops just on your doorstep.
The space
Downstairs: cosy wood clad sitting room with sofa, tv and gas fireplace. Another room is a large open plan new kitchen diner, onto the garden which has a seating area and outdoor shower. WC downstairs.
2 double bedrooms with cosy king size beds and a bunk bed for the children. Bathroom with shower and bath.
Other things to note
No parties or hen/ stag do etc. This is a peaceful family neighbourhood with neighbours close by.
