Great hotel but very warm, nice shower good location. A little pricey for what you get but would stay again. Was told would get an upgrade but never happened.

Great service and super clean

Great stay, comfortable and well designed room. Warm friendly welcome. The ac didn’t work but it was very cold outside so we opened the window. Ambient temperature in the room was too warm for sleeping otherwise. Apart from this perfect stay, clean well appointed room and super quiet. Gym is a bit sparse so wouldn’t bother with this.

A new, well appointed boutique hotel in Kensington. Everything is in very good condition. The rooms are compact but very comfortable and quite well appointed. Friendly and helpful staff. Basic bar and restaurant if needed. I'd happily stay again next time I need a hotel in this area.

The staff are so welcoming and the property is amazing. The garden is lovely and the room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Special shoutout for Moamen who was very helpful and welcoming to us. Thank you

Nice location, quiet and clean. Surprised to see such a well stocked hotel room, felt like a home away from home. Fine touches, clean layout, good colour combinations in the room. Couldn't fault it. Had the room upgraded and staff were accommodating. Worth the trip

Absolutely loved this hotel ❤️ from the moment we arrived until we left, the staff and service are exceptional as is the hotel and facilities. Couldn’t fault anything at all. The best hotel we’ve stayed in in London and I’ve tried many of the 5 star hotels here! The breakfast was epic! Honestly first class all round! Had a lovely stay and was warmly greeted by reception. The room was cosy and I appreciated the extra pillow and blanket on the bed. The room and bathroom was also very clean and decorated to a good standard. Would definitely stay here again!

Welcomed by reception team, room clean, comfortable and cosy. Great shower with l’occtane toiletries. Coffee machine, hairdryer, iron etc all in room. Parking available on site at extra cost but no spaces so we had to park on nearby road . Great stay overall

Great hotel. Short walk from Paddington. Near restaurants and shops. Room was very clean. Basic facilities but bathroom, kettle and TV were all that were needed so it was perfect. Will be staying again.

Simply put, this hotel is excellent. Clean, cozy, fresh, friendly, LOVE the blackout curtains- could've slept for days, loads of sockets, great location for the market and transport. I've paid three times the price to stay at other hotels in London, and none of them felt as welcoming, or personal or well maintained. Thanks for a lovely couple of days!
